I have closed it down Michelle, a victim of the net. But anyone who really likes a particukar design can contact me and I’ll send a sigh quality scan so you can print your own.
I loved your stationery. I still have four little notecards that I have been carting around with me for about two decades now. Your designs still remain my favorite. They seem apropos for a permaculture designer, so I came online today to see where I can get more. I’ll contact you to see how much the scans are… I had no idea that someone I knew only as an artist has had such a diverse life and is such a fascinating person. Hello, Gus.
Naomi- This is VERY late. Did I ever respond to you? I can enable you to download design but need to know what designs you want. Please ask to be my FB friend – I’m the only Gus diZerega – and we can do this if still interested.
I was introduced to your stationary in the mid 80’s as a gift, complete with beautifully designed envelopes. I would love to once again write my personal letters on your stationary, Is It still Possible to have your stationary?

Was just digging thru my desk and came across a packet of your stationary. We bought it decades ago at one of the street fairs, either in Berkeley, or maybe up Mendocino way, (been a LONG time). I just wanted to commend you on the artwork. It was lovely enough that we bought at least 4 sets of different designs and loved them all.
Hi Gus,
I also bought some stationery from you down on Telegraph Ave. back in the 80’s. Over the years I slowly used them for special letters to friends and lovers. I had 4 patterns, a dragon motif (copyright 1982), a sea-side motif, a forest motif, and one other I can’t remember. Now I only have one of the dragon. I’m sorry to hear you don’t sell them anymore because of the net, but I’m glad I found you on the net to add my appreciation for your work and glad that you’ve expanded and grown your art. Good to know and it warms my heart a bit.
I can send you good quality copies to print from. Ask to be a FB friend and once we are connected let me know what you want. Sorry for the delay- I really do a lousy job of staying on top of this site.
We are down to our last few Friendly Dragons cards from 1982 and if you are still monitoring this, I would be grateful for a copy of the art so we can reprint more. Thanks in advance!
Hello Gus, are you still around and watching your site? I’ve been looking thru your designs and was wondering if there were any bears in them. I’ve found birds and deer, but wasn’t sure if there were any bears?
I would love to buy the designs, (for personal use only), but I’m not sure if you are doing that any more.
Hi, Gus,
I found a packet of your stationery that my husband bought in the 1980s and use it sparingly for special people. It had the sailboat/GG bridge design, the Smith River design, redwoods, and San Francisco Victorians. I googled you tonight just for the heck of it and there you are. I just wrote a letter to a friend on a piece of the Victorians stationery and noticed your company and p.o. box on the back. I also would love to buy the designs for personal use if possible. I don’t facebook but if you could contact me by email that would be great.
Thanks, Jane
Hi Gus,
I’ve been reading comments about how people found a packet of your stationary hidden away. I wanted you to know that I purchased two of them many years ago, they are not hidden away at all, but in my writing desk drawer, carefully selected to send to someone who will really appreciate the graphic design. Just yesterday I used the very last paper printed with a small farm setting. I sent it to someone who is a farmer, and will truly appreciate and love It. I especially love the envelope. I think people these days are probably blown away to be seen something like that. I have a few sheets of another paper, with tall redwoods, waiting for the appropriate moment as well.
Just want to thank you for bringing so much pleasure to my life over these years, and I’m sure to others who see this envelope as it passes through the system. Thank you so much for bringing beauty into our world.
Hi Meredith- This site is so quiet I rarely look at it- but I am delighted you still use my stuff for special events. Under “art” at the top of my page many designs are available for anyone to use- but the printing and such is the responsibility of whoever uses them. You can contact me with questions on that at my Facebook page.
Do you still sell your stationary?
